PSI's Multi-lingual Plant SystemThe Multi-lingual Plant System is a practical cost effective way to build workforce skills.  PSI’s system specifically addresses the issues that accompany multi-cultural work environments.  

The system is a set of training programs that fit together onto an integrated performance track (see visual).   This system allows your company to meet its immediate training needs and address the unique long-term challenges of training a multi-cultural/multi-lingual workforce.  These programs can be delivered separately or as a system.
